Bands in Boston - Night Rhythm, Kahootz, K2, Beantown, Eye2Eye

We've locked in the date and place...October 14, 2012 at the Museum of Science. Because our wedding is on a Sunday of a non-holiday weekend, many bands are still available. Thoughts on the following?

Kahootz
K2
Beantown
Eye2Eye

I've seen Beantown and Night Rhythm (Monica and Bryan) at weddings before and loved them. We are also looking into Night Rhythm with Rebecca too. Saw Kahootz and Eye2Eye at a wedding showcase and completely LOVED Eye2Eye but don't know if they are available yet for our date. Any thoughts or opinions on any of these? Likes/dislikes?

Kahootz and Eye to Eye are fabulous - and the company is so nice and easy to deal with! I've heard negative things about Beantown, namely that the members have huge egos (and that venues subsequently don't like working with them). We ended up going with Hip Pocket Orchestra, which was HIGHLY recommended by our coordinator, but we probably would have booked Kahootz if they were available on our date.

Kahootz and K2 are both awesome!  I have been to weddings with both bands, and the dance floor was full all night with both!

M friends used Eye2Eye and it was awesome.

We booked Soul of Boston and they are great! Groove Authority was booked on my date, but I really liked them as well!

We booked Soho.  I talked with a few brides who raved about them!

My co-worker is in K2 (Ryan).  Judging by his personality, and knowing him outside of work, I would think his band would be awesome and a lot of fun.  He definitely enjoys what he does!  I know he is always doing gigs after hours, and seems to be booked up most weekends in the summer.  That's got to say something!

We saw Night Rhythm at a wedding and they were amazing!  We felt like we were at a concert.  They were so much fun and had great energy, they kept the dance floor packed all night long!  I don't think you can go wrong with them.

We used Kahootz and they were fantastic!  Chris is great to deal with and very accommodating. By far one of our favorite vendors to work with and have at our wedding.
