Flowers!

I'm just curious to see what everyone is paying for their flowers! I need to get an idea of what I may be paying! Any info could be appreciated! Thanks! :)

Yikes!  Flowers range drastically in price.  It might help knowing what kind of flowers your interested in.

I was quoted anywhere from $3,000 to $5000 .  We're using peonies, ranunculous, freesia, roses etc.

    That was for
    My bouquet
    Girls bouquets
    My mom and FMIL's flowers
Bouts for all the guys including our father's
Reception pieces (including escort card table, centerpieces, and cocktail area flowers)
Ceremony pieces (including flowers on the pews, two arrangements at the alter and something else that I'm forgetting)
Flowers for the readers and our god parents
    Cake table

    I think that does it.

I'm at about $3500-4000 (currently in the process of finalizing what i'm using), but I think I'm getting a good deal.  It really does range with what flowers you get.  I'm using all in season: peonies, hydrangea, garden roses, and gardenia.

    We're getting:
    25 low, wide centerpieces
    My bouquet
    BM bouquets
    Moms and grandmothers nosegays
    Bouts for all the guys
    Pew bow with hydrangea (10)
    Escort card table arrangement
    cocktail centerpieces
    cake flowers
    2 arrangements for the bar
    guestbook table arrangement

I'm not a frilly, "flowery" person so to speak, so flowers are not an area that I want to spend top dollar on.  We are going with more simple, but trendy designs using flox (?sp) branches, hydrangea, kermit mums, and mini callas (for our bouquets, boutoneers) among other things.

    Our quote is for:
    Bride Bouquet
    Bridesmaid Bouquets (3)
    Posey Bouquets - Moms (3)
    Boutoneers (10)
    Cocktail Centerpieces (6)
    Full Table Centerpieces (6)
    Ceremony Pieces (2)
    Ceremony Chair Flowers (6)
    Bar Flowers (2)
    Restroom Flowers (2)
    Catering Station Arrangements (4)

I'm doing them myself (with MOHs/sisters and Dad) and ordering them through Sams Club since I wanted tons of flowers, but it wasn't a top priority for a florist, so didn't fit into my budget.  Mine are 3 different colored roses and white hydrangeas and include:
25 tables/centerpieces (each table will have 3 different sized mason jars w/roses & hydrangeas)
    my bouquet
    8 BM bouquets
    11 bouts
10 or so arrangements for cocktail hour/bar/various tables
    flower girl petals
some ceremony flowers (we're not going crazy since the ceremony will take place on the same grounds as the estate/tent we're having our reception at).
Total - should be around $700.  That includes ordering 2 corsages from a florist since I am definitely not that talented.
We will see how much hair I pull out the night before the wedding - but I'm sure (god willing!) that it will be worth it!

    I paid about $700 for:
    my bouquet
    3 bridesmaids bouquets
    2 mom nosegays bouquets
    1 grandmother corsage
    8 boutonniere's

I did not do flower centerpieces and I had a smallish bridal party so that obviously kept the costs down.
