So my fiance and I are paying for the wedding ourselves, and its always been my dream to get married on a ship. We're going to check out the Entertainment Cruises yachts tomorrow, they have all-inclusive wedding packages. I have two questions to put out there:
1. If its warm enough on board, is it okay to have a Saturday, October 6th wedding on Columbus Day Weekend 2012? Even though it would probably be too cold to be like on deck the whole time.
2. We're thinking open bar and hors d'oeuvres the whole time instead of a sit-down meal. Is this a no-no? Has anyone done this and could talk to me about expense vs. a sit-down?
