Russell Morin Prices

Hi Everyone!

I'm in the very early stages of planning my wedding (thinking of December 2013) and am trying to decide between holding the reception at a venue that provides the food or using an empty hall where I choose a caterer.  So far I have loved what I've read about Russell Morin but can't find anything about their prices.  I'd like to have some kind of an idea about what to expect before I talk to them.  Can anyone give an idea of what food they provided for you and what it cost?

Thanks so much!

Re: Russell Morin Prices

  • I think they are very reasonable, but I know others think their prices are high.  With that being said, they seem to be willing to work with your budget.  And they have lots of options to pick from.
We got quotes for dinner stations, buffet dinner and family style dinner.  (no plated dinners)  The buffet prices were between $40-44pp and family style was $42-47.  I'm guessing both of these could be higher or lower depending on what you pick.
Passed hors d'oeuvres are roughly $11-17pp for a choice of five different kinds.
You'll then also have dessert and drinks to be included.
They are the only caterer for my venue and I'm glad it was one less vendor I had to pick.
    Hope this helps!
  • I'm also looking into Morin's and they have buffet and plated options in the $40-$60 per person range and hors deuvres starting at $10 per person...just keep in mind this doesn't include the Staffing Cost.  We inquired about a 100 guest count and the Staffing Charges for that amount of people was $2800.00
