Someone please help me. My fiance did not grow up in a church but i did. However, i now live 2 hours from my home church. we have a reception site booked, but the options for a ceremony there are not going to work. we even have an officiant. are there any churches that allow people who aren't members to have their ceremony there? if it helps, i was raised presbyterian. anywhere else to suggest if not? we do take this seriously, and we do not mean to be disrespectful. i appreciate any tips, ideas, etc.
