I recently had a small party at Casa Mia Manor House in Blauvelt... It ended up being $25ish per person + tax and gratuity.... amazing food, very easy to work with and conveniently located.  www.casamiamanorhouse.com

Hey Dawn, we just booked mine at Ravi's Contentinal Cousine in Suffern.  I was also told but didn't check out La Terrazza in New City.  A friend of mine is doing Del'Arte for the rehearsal dinner.

I'd check out Pasta Cucina and La Terraza both in New City.

I agree with pp.  We had my fathers retirement party at casa mia manor house, food was great and there was so much of it. I also attended a friends bridal shower at Pasta Cucina in New City.  They both had private rooms.

Try Harmony Tea Room (it's in Westwood NJ). They have a separate room for events and they're prices for a tea time party are pretty good.
