Makeup and Hair pricing

Hi,
I have begun looking at makeup and hair pricing on websites. I am getting married on September 1, 2013...Sunday of Labor day next year. Just out of curiousity...what is the norm for 7 bridesmaids, myself, mother of the bride and mother of the groom? I am thinking about $2000 in total. Is this crazy low? Crazy high? Any suggestions?

I think that's a good estimate. I'm using Kashmir at Viselli Santoro (hair and makeup, she's amazing!) on Newbury for five bridesmaids, myself and my mom, and it's about $1500. She's also coming to our hotel in Boston.

I think your estimate is good.  I've been noticing that hair and makeup for the bride average around $150.  For the WP/MOB/MOG, each service has been averaging around $75.

it depends on the area you get your hair done, if they travel and how many stylists you will have working on your party. I think 2000 is a good estimate but if you look around you might beable to find the same quality work at a much lower price. I know at the salon we work at we charge $85 for an updo which includes something for your hair. Def do you your research :-)

$2000 seems right on point to me. I paid $1600 for 4 BMs, 1 bride, and 2 moms.
