I'm using Dani Wagener, she's amazing, and is under $400 - she does the make up, and then she has a hair stylist she works with, i think altogether it would be under $400. She comes to where you are as well.

I used Blushing Brides and the owner Grace was just awesome to work with. Herself and one of her assistants came to our hotel room the morning of the wedding and did hair and make up for me, my 4 BMs, my mom and MIL. Her prices are great too.

I worked with Karyn McHale out of Peabody.  I paid about $400 for me, 3 BMs, 1 MOH, and 2 mothers.  That was hair and makeup for everyone but the moms, they just had makeup.  Karyn travels and she is SO easy to work with.  Email her at kperry1079 @ yahoo.com and she'll send you her price list and portfolio info.  She's fantastic.  I was married on 11/12/11 and I dont' have my pro pics back yet, but was hair and makeup were AMAZING.  I was so happy with them.
