Bus companies?

Who did you use?  We have a ton of OOT guests and want to provide them with transportation from the hotel to the wedding and back, but this is proving to be very costly!

    We're using Black Tie Limo, they are out of Haverhill, MA but will travel anywhere. We are getting married in Dorchester, the hotels are in Braintree and the reception is in Hingham. They came highly recommended on Wedding Wire and they were the most reasonably priced compared to some other companies out there.

    I used First Student... a big old yellow school bus.  We had approx 45 people to transport and this proved to be the least expensive.  It was a little nervewracking because you don't have any paperwork or anything.... but they showed up right on time and shuttle my guests from reception, to after party, to the hotel.  I was very happy with them.

    We used Old Town Trolley's - Try to negotiate with them as we were able to get a great rate!

    We are using Silver Fox Coach and Old Town Trolley. 


    Silver Fox Coach quoted us one of the cheaper rates for a 55 passenger bus.  It's also good bc if you have a lot of older guests or a longer ride it has those big, cushioned seats that are more comfortable than regular bus seats.

    Old Town Trolley is just fun!  They gave us a great rate and have been very quick to respond and accommodating to changes.  :)

    Both respond to E-mail.

    I am in the process of booking w/ Local Motion - seem very responsive so far and their rate was better than others!!
