Venue help - Topsfield Commons

hi!

Has any one recently been married at the Topsfield Commons?  I am looking into it for a spring 2014 wedding.    I just recently got engaged and want to get a date on the books!

Our budget for the reception will probably be $25K and we are looking at around 185 guest (max).  I know their max is 200.   Would we be too crowded with 185?  Any advice you could give would be great (experience, hidden fees, etc).

We also looked at this venue; the co-ordinator was extremely
nice and accomodating.  The lack of handicap-accessibility made us decide against it, though.

It is beautiful there! And its a dry town so you can bring your own liquor and wine. I did not use their photographers though. I went with Genevieve Bergeron Photography. I loved her. She brought me there after a day of looking at venues and being so frustrated. She told me I would love it and I did.
