How is the food at Twin Lakes Resort?

Hi Everyone!

We've visited a bunch of venues, and so far we really like Twin Lakes Resort:

I've found good reviews for the food online, but they said they don't do tastings and it makes me nervous that we wouldn't be able to taste the food ourselves. (They don't have a restaurant we can visit)

I'm headed back tomorrow for a second visit with a couple bridesmaids, so I plan on talking about the food again with them, but wanted some knotties' insights first!

So have you eaten there? How was it? Specific dishes?

I am a photographer and have eaten there several times while photographing and the food is generally pretty good!
