Rehersal Dinner/Transportation Help!

2 questions!!
Does anyone know a good spot for rehersal dinners in Mamaroneck or surrounding area? Greenwich/Rye/White Plains anything in that area would work because some people will be staying at the Hyatt in Greenwich the night of the rehersal too.

Also, Im just starting to look at transportation! Is it tacky to have an open bar and not offer guests transportation back to the hotel? 90% of the guests are local westchester/putnam residents. Im trying to avoid spending a fortune getting a bus for guests to and from the hotel but I feel bad making people call a cab or have a deisgnated driver. The hotel is only 13 miles from the venue.
Any vendor reccs would be great for this too!

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

I'm having my rehearsal dinner at Ernesto's in White Plains, on W. Post Road.  Great food and great price.

As for transportation .. it's not tacky at all not supplying transportation.  I'm having a shuttle at the end of the night, but that's just because we found a great price (look into j&r tours or mc heritage tours if u really want a shuttle service).  but to be honest, i've never been to a wedding where they offered shuttle service.  i've heard of it, so i decided to do it, but it is definitely not tacky to not supply this service.  I'm sure most guests wont even expect this service (let alone even think about it).

    hope this helps =D
