I worked with Alexis Eliopoulis-O'Mara at Unique Weddings by Alexis. She did full planning for me and DH and it was totally worth it.

I am using Celebrations by KFM for day-of coordination.  It includes 2 meetings before the wedding and she will be transporting and setting up the decorations as well as making a timeline.
