bachelorette party

what did you do (or what are you doing) for your bachelorette party?  did you go dancing/clubs, casino, a show, etc?  any good ideas.....I will probably go out dancing somewhere, just haven't gone out in awhile, so not sure of the hot spots anymore and I don't want a place that is really immature?  would like a place that is fun and plays good music.  any suggestions on a bar/club or other bachelorette ideas?

I wish I had good advice for you, but we're doing a jack and jill bach weekend away in NH.  Good luck!

I just had some ladies over to my house for wine and apps.  It was very intimate and fun.  I am past the club scene thing.

I also had girlfriends over to my house for wine and cheese and what not, and it was the right bachelorette party for me.  I am in my 30s, and I don't go clubbing anymore (do the kids still call it that?)  Also, a close friend of mine is deaf, and it's hard to sign with her while being in a dark, crowded place.

That being said, I have attended 2 bachelorette parties at Jacques Cabaret in Boston.  It's a drag show and it is a lot of fun!  I attended another where we went bowling, which was also a lot of fun.  I hope this helps!

Mine will be in June, and I was wondering the same thing.  I'd like to go somewhere to dance but nothing super immature.  I was thinking somewhere in fanueil hall maybe like The Black Rose, or something?  We're going to do dinner in the city and then hit up a couple bars.  Nothing too crazy.

Not sure if you like 80s music but the B6 lounge has great 80s music on Sat nights...need to get there early or it gets packed...I've gone twice and had a great time...
