Anyone have rec's for an in home trainer?  Im looking for 2 days a week, an hour at a time.  I'm in the Lexington, Woburn. Burlington area.

5 hysteroscopies/2 surgical
3 Inject IUIs = 2 m/c's and 1 BFN
IVF #1= BFP. m/c at 7w6d. Needed 2 D&C's and scar tissue removal. Mild OHSS
IVF #2 = BFP. Severe OHSS. 4 Drainings. TWINS!

    I don't know if they do in-home, but my Mom goes to Fitness together in Lexington and loves it.

    Hey! I work with Ann Zammuto out of Pro Fitness in Billerica. She MAY do in home, I actually haven't ever asked. PM if you want more info... shes helped me loose 18 pounds and 9 inches all around since January!

    Hey there!  Check out Shari Orlando...her email is ShapeWithShari@yahoo.com and her number is 508-212-8826.  She has a degree in Exercise and Sports Science, and is CSCS Certified (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist).  Her business is completely in-home training and she travels all around the Boston area...GL!

    I haven't worked with her, but I've heard great reviews about Julie C at http://www.zipfittrainers.com/ She does all at home training and will bring whatever equipment you need
