Wedding Venue Help!

I live in southeastern MA (new bedford/fall river area) and I'm looking for a venue that can fit about 150 people for around $12,000. Is that even possible without doing the usual places??? (Rachel's Lakeside, White's of Wesport, Century House, Bittersweet Farms,Waypoint, or Venus de Milo) Please help!!

    I wish I could give you a different option, but, we had out wedding at Rachel's Lakeside and it was really nice and less than $12,000.

    The only other place I can think of is McGovern's.  But, I'm sure you've probably thought about that one already.
