Weekend Getaway Weddings?

Hi!
I'm new to Massachusetts and trying to plan a wedding for August 2012. I know, soon! Since most of my family is traveling for the wedding, I'm desperate to find a place that is fun to stay all weekend, relaxed, vintagebut modern, wooded, lake is a plus, rustic, fun-filled, with events/activities, kid friendly, etc. We'd just love to have everyone in one place at the same time, not having to drive, etc.
Can anyone recommend a venue? We're willing to travel. I'm from NY so looking for anything East Coast...
I feel like I've looked everywhere and I'm not coming up with anything.

    FI and I are having our wedding at Bourndale Function Facility...I'm not sure if they will have that weekend open as they have been booking up quickly for 2013. Darin is great to work with.  He has always answered questions very quickly.  The nice thing is everything can be done there ceremony reception and your guest can even stay over with breakfast the next morning.  My family is from Jersey so its a huge benefit for us to have them be able to stay.
