Help finding a restaurant for 10

Hello,

I am looking for a restaurant for a friend.  She is marrying in Central Park, followed by cocktails and photographs at top of the rock.

There are only 9 of us and she wants to go to a restaurant, but NOT private dining as it will be too quiet - she wants somewhere vibrant , and perhaps where there is dancing afterwards although this isn't vital.

She would like an itialian restaurant or steak house, with lots of atmosphere but where it will be acceptable for us to still be wearing our wedding attire.

    Del Frisco's is a steakhouse near the top of the rock. It's supposed to be excellent.

    l love AJ Maxwell's.  I don't think they have dancing.  However, it's really beautiful in a classic way inside.  The food is excellent.

    THere are not a lot of restaurants that would then have dancing after dinner.
    At the time warner center Landmark and A Voce are both very nice.
    There's also the Oak Room at the Plaza.

    how about sushi samba, i love it there and its so vibrant and fun with different food options for everyone.
