Thanks for the advice everyone on my earlier questions. There is a fairly cheap BBQ place that FI and I both enjoy that has a private room available, so we're going to go with that. That being said, the place serves alcohol - can we tell guests that we're not paying for alcohol? Food and pop, fine. Alcohol is going to be way too much for us to cover, especially when all of this was unexpected.
