When people ask which AI is best and throw out 2-3 to compare, I feel like saying, "I'm sure it really doesn't matter. They're all the same. It probably doesn't even matter what country you're in. You swim, scuba dive, hang out in your swim-up room. It's not like you experience any differences whether it's Mexico, the Dominican Republic or Jamaica."
People on House Hunters who use "lack of fridge/appliances" as one of their "downsides" when evaluating homes. WTF? You're going to let the possibility of spending $1000 or less on appliances sway you from buying a 6 figure house? Houses cost a hell of a lot more than that to maintain.
And since I'm on a housing kick, when people give the standard advice about house buying - spend 25-33% of your takehome pay on housing (including taxes, insurance, etc), make sure your mortgage is no more than 2.5 times your yearly salary, and have a 20% DP - I hate when people complain, "but I live in a high cost of living area! If I had to save 20%, we would have never been able to afford a house!" Well guess what? Maybe you just can't afford a house. Sorry. If you make $40k and the average home in your area costs $600k, please do everyone a favor and keep renting, lest your future foreclosure prolong the crappy housing market. Also, if you can save up 10% of your house's cost for a down payment, you can save 20%, it will just take you twice as long. But hey, it's not a race.
Now you go.
