When do you start calling people who haven't returned their RSVPs? My reply date was 2 weeks ago and we're missing about 10 RSVPs.

Since your wedding is in 12 days I would start calling them now. When does your caterer/venue need a final head count by?

I waited a week past our due date to start calling people to give any stagglers time to get through the mail system.

Done and Done! Called FMIL and she is handling her side, my mom emailed the 2 ppl from our family that hadn't responded and I emailed my friends and got answers from all of them! Most of they just kept forgetting haha. Glad I got that out of the way!
