I'm not exactly a traditional bride. My friends are throwing me a bridal shower and to suit my eccentricness they chose a nice Hibachi luncheon. I have a home and all of the essentials, so I believe that a registry is unneeded. I would like to raise funds instead of gifts and run in a race for charity race. Does this make me look pompous?
