I bought my sister's bm gift today. It's a necklace and yes it is not for the wedding. But it's really different and funky. And she is a tomboy who is just leaving for college so she's young and can totally wear this out. What do you think? Can you tell what it is? Firechick, I never thought much about that. It's made of bronze so not sure if they would be opposed to it....yes it is sharp, but it doesn't move and it obviously NOT a weapon when you look at it. I think she'd wear it occassionally, especially in this coming year as she is moving to a big city to go to college as a freshman....we live in the country so I know she'll have never seen anything like it before.
