You mentioned if money was no object you'd consider an aquarium for a venue, just wanted to let you know we looked into our local aquarium (it was our first choice) but the problem was that the place stuck. It wasn't noticeable to me but to my mom, sister & FI they all said it wasn't worth it. Just thought I'd let you know that it is a great idea in theory but stinky.That is all :)

    LOL, that's funny. I noticed the penguin/puffin exhibit in ours reeks.http://www.omahazoo.com/index.php?p=animalsexhibits&s=scottaquariumGo there if you get a chance. That's the tunnel I wanted to have our reception in, but it's ridiculously expensive. It opens out at the back of the tunnel with these huge floor to ceiling tubes with more fish in them. I love love love it :)

    Wow! That is gorgeous. Ours had a huge panoramic window that we could have had as our back-drop to our cocktail hour, but it just wasn't meant to be. Ours also has the penguin exhibit! I think the stinkiest thing was the tank with Rays (sting rays, manta rays, etc.) since our hometown team is the Tampa Bay Rays, they have the tank front and center in the lobby and it is a funky smell.
