Weebly Issues

So I put a new design theme on my weebly wedding bio.  It is somewhat ugly because I'm updating a bunch of stuff.  Anyway, it is showing up with the css messed up rather than the new css.  I am a little computer savvy but not a long time weebly user.  Any ideas?

Hmm. I'm testing it with mine and everything seems fine. I know that if you scroll over the designs, it changes on the page. You have to click it to make it actually change. I've had issues with Weebly lately though. It's temperamental.
