Did you change your name on your license?  I just thought about this...it probably doesn't matter too much now, but I assume I'll have to do it when we move.

Yes, my HR department wanted me to get it changed right away. Pennsylvania does random checks to makes sure their teachers have accurate certificates based on tenure status, college credits earned, etc. The district gets grief from the state if legal names do not match up with the names on the certificates. All I had to send a form into the PA Dept of Ed. It was easy and free. But, of course, different states have different rules and procedures. I assume you are moving out of state? If so, it might be easier to wait until you move to change everything (rather than going through the redundant process twice.)Hope that helps.

Thanks!  It's great and I love it!  What does he teach specifically?My first certification is from NY, but I got certified in AR when we moved here.  We'll be moving in a year to where ever DH gets a job, so it might change yet again.I should have checked the websites first, but I'm lazy.
