Someone that I know was arrested for having inappropriate contact with a 15 year old.  He's 29.Shiit.  I always thought he was kinda creepy, but I didn't think THAT creepy.  Damn theater folk/music teachers making the rest of us look bad.

yuck.  I'm glad he was caught.  Today we had a show at work.  There was a mom of a little one in the dressing room videotaping.  I had to ask her to turn it off -- kids are changing.  She looked at me like I was an alien.  Obviously, you're just recording your child, but there are little naked bottoms in the background - so take your camera and exit the room, thanks.

Ew. That has to be so weird, actually knowing the guy... At least you know you can trust your gut instincts about people though, even if you didn't think he was THAT much of a weirdo... That poor kid.

Nono, shan, he wasn't.  But he was teaching at USDAN, an arts day camp on LI.2 of my friends sent me the link to the article.

on the one hand, gross and illegal. wtf. on the other hand, when we were all 16, one of fi's groomsmen was living with this 32 year old chick. she had a 14 year old son. everyone gave them sh*t for it constantly. 8 years later theyre a happy little family and still madly in love with each other.that being said, i still think its gross and inappropriate. i mean if you want the person so bad, wait a few years til its at least gross but LEGAL.

Yeah...thing is, I don't think it was one of those 'soulmate' type things.  I think he just likes the ego boost.  Oh and fwiw, most of us doubted he was straight.  Guess he's proving us wrong.
