I obviously need a full time job.  I've come out of my lurky corner and want to spend my day baking.  I'm looking for inspiration so what is everyone's favorite?  Feel free to get fancy/specific- I gots mad baking skillz.

My favorite dessert is super simple - EZ English Trifle. In a trifle bowl layer: cubed angel food cake vanilla pudding mixed berries (frozen or fresh - frozen will give juices, which makes it delicious, fresh gives it a "lighter" feel) whipped cream Layer until you've reached the top of the bowl, sprinkle fresh berries on top. So so yummy.

Sometimes I go for the the simple but delish vanilla cake with choc icing.  Magnolia does this beautifully.  Mmmm I miss the west village Fancy desert?  I had some spicy chocolate flan with mango sauce that rocked my world.

actually niether am I but it was on a restaurant week pre-fixe menu so i figured i'd give it a whirl and it was awesome.

Mandy, I make this awesome brownie-bottom cheesecake.  It's got a brownie crust, cheesecake with swirled choc. on top. Soo good, but I find a lot of people don't like cheesecake
