Has anyone had negative issues with ordering from Vistaprint?  I ordered almost all my stationary from them, shower invites, rehearsal dinner invites, b'maids lunch, 2 weeks ago and still have not recieved them, I did contact their customer cervice department and they will be shipping another set (free of charge) but that's going to take even LONGER and my wedding is a little over a month away.

My first set of invites I got from them had a line through them that didn't show up in the proof. I called about it and they sent me fixed replacements in about 3 days. Did you ask them to expedite the second shipment? They were so helpful to me about that, and I didn't have to pay anything extra.

Nope, never, and I've been ordering from them for a few years now. That sucks though!

I got my invites and didn't like them...Not because anything they did, my goof in ordering and creating the design.  I got what I wanted FREE of CHARGE in about 7 days!  GREAT SERVICE...Sorry to hear about your mishap!  gl

Well, if you ordered with the slow shipping option, it can take up to 21 days - usually doesn't but if you ordered a bunch of stuff at once, one of those items could be taking longer
