I check cakewrecks about once a week. I used to peruse the "sugar" sites (Popsugar, Casasugar, etc) all day, but they're blocked now.5. With lots of sugar and milk/cream.

Bec, isn't it fantabulous? This is the only thing I cared about getting during the whole wedding process. Luckily, a lot of the women in my family only give china (who knew?), so I have full three sets (with bowl and cup) and eight dinner/salad plates. I'm crossing my fingers that my mom will get me the big daddy platter for Christmas. I designed my dining room around this china. I actually haven't used it yet, but only because no china-worthy people have come over.

I would design an entire room around that china too. It's so awesome. And don't wait for china-worthy people to come over! Life is too short. I used to eat ice cream out of my fine soup bowls when I wanted to feel happy and special.

This is true. The rest of the week I won't be eating dinner at home, but I might just bust it out for regular ol' dinner next week.
