What is the proper way to address a STD (and eventually a wedding invite without an inner envelope) to a woman, her boyfriend, and their baby? thanks

No, wouldn't woman and man go on the same line since they're a couple?  Or is that just if they're married?  I'm confused.

JK, I've read that "and" = married.I don't think it matters too much for STDs though.
