We had a combo father/daughter and mother/son dance to "What a Wonderful World." Had I danced alone with my dad, it would have been to "It Won't Be Like This For Long" by Darius Rucker (Hootie.) Great song, look up the lyrics.

Butterfly Kisses by Bob Carlisle.  He gave me a CD of it and a book also by Bob Carlisle that has different father/daughter stories in it back when I was 15.  It's been "our song" ever since. I guarantee I will be bawling my eyes out.

Ours was "The Wonder of You," which the DJ then morphed into "Jailhouse Rock." It was awesome; my dad's a HUGE Elvis fan and can jitterbug like nobody's business.

I'm doing the Hawaiian version of "Over The Rainbow".When I was 5, my dad and I both had severe cases the chicken pox together. We spent 2 weeks on the couch eating lemon Italian ice and watching "The Wizard Of Oz" (My fave movie at the time). We seriously must have watched it over 100 times while we were sick.

I used Dance with my father by Luther Vandross to dance with my 2 brothers in memory of my dad and I did a photo montage  of my dad playing while they were out there with me

megk-- The bridal party is walking down to israel kamakawiwo'ole Over the Rainbow. I too watched The Wizard of Oz over and over when I was sick...also the inspiration for wanting to wear red shoes with my dress:)
