Former FI's son and girlfriend had a baby girl. Yipee. R's a grandpa. Son and daughter decide to throw a baby shower for themselves. Gaggy Mccgagurt.

    Lame.  Where do people get off?I know this girl who has 3 kids under the age of 5 with 3 different guys.  She threw her own baby shower for her third child.I thought it was frowned upon to have a baby shower for each baby.

    Dear FI's son and son's gf: Congratulations on yor new baby clair. She is beautiful. Don't throw your own babyshower. It is embarrassing.

    People like that always make me go Hmmm.Mandy, eye to eye today.  Farmvill and now this.  I was always taught you have 1 baby shower.  and MAYBE, if you have a nd child many years later, of a different sex, you have a 2nd.  However, I know someone with a sh!tton of kids by a sh!tton of different men.  She has thrown her own baby showers, for each and every kid.  Complete with multiple registries with several hundred items.  Including furniture.  Yup, she wants a new, $600 crib, matching dresser, changing tale and armoire for each kid.  I think she sells them and makes a profit.Also just saw an aquaintence's baby registries.  Registered for at least a dozen different crib sets.  Several cribs.  Basically, at least 3 of every expensive item.  She's having 1 baby, but wants lots and lots of options.  She thinks she will have time to "redecorate" the nursery at least once a month, hence the multiple bedding sets.  Oh and thats the bedding, lamps, mobiles and wall paper borders.Some people are sick in the head.
