Mandy (The Canadian 1)

Hold me. I'm cooking for the second time in one month. This is a record. A gold star would be nice. Or just...a cookie?

  • I know I'm not Mandy, nor am I Canaduian, but I'm proud!  What are you cooking?

  • Chicken in some mushroom wine sauce or something like that. Asparagus, and garlic mashed potatoes. I really am thinking this one won't turn out. I will know in about a half hour!

  • Sounds delicious!  Share your garlic mashed potatoes recipe?  The last time I tried them I crashed and burned.  And I don't crash and burn in the kitchen very often.

    That sounds really tasty.
  • Go to the store. By a box that says "garlic mashed potatoes" Read the back of the box re: how to prepare. Pick which one is easier, stove top or microwave. Do that.
