I like making crab dip...2 cans crab (I do 1 can leg meat, 1 can body meat)1 block or container of cream cheese (I use ff, but low fat and regular fat are both good)green onion, thinly slicedmix it all together, pop it into the oven for 15-30 minutes @ 350. Tastes good with anything.
  • buffalo chicken dip, always a hit:9x9 pan2 cups sharp ched. cheese6 chicken tenders boiled and shredded (or you can used canned chicken if you want to)2 blocks cream cheese (fat free works too)ranch dressingfranks hot saucemix the chicken and franks hot sauce together until the chicken is coveredsoften the cream cheese and spread into the bottom the panadd ranch over the top of that, enough that it is all coveredadd chicken/sauce mixturecover w cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minserve w tortilla chips and collect the compliments
  • This is a REALLY easy recipe and loved by all our friends and family-in fact I just pre-made some for FI bach party tonight as a request from the guys. It's a dip to be served with any type of chips (we use tostitos scoops). Rotel Cheese Dip (a little spicy but not too much)1 can rotel (dices tomatoes and green chilies)1lb velveeta cheese-Cut velveeta into cubes and melt in microwave (usually doing a few min at a time and stirring works best)-Add in rotel half way through and continue to microwave until completely melted.-Serve in tea light warmer (Don't HAVE to keep warm but tastes best when hot) -Choose any chips to go with it

  • If I am strapped for time and have to make something for a party, I always make Symphony Brownies. Super easy...1. Get boxed brownie mix and prepare it in your mixing bowl2. Pour half of the batter in the cooking pan3. Break up a few large Symphony Bars and put a layer of them on top of the batter4. Pour the rest of the batter in the pan5. Bake as directed on the box.Basically, it is a candy bar within a brownie. Everyone loves them!
