#1 definitely looks better.  The info draws the eye.  In the second one, you are drawn to the birds kissing.

Also, you see how the O in proof is over the bird faces and shadows it a little bit?  I like the shadow in the face.  You could add that so it doesn't look flat.

Ah, me too, FI and my dad like #2. I was thinking about asking her to make #1 full page like the 2nd one and having the information presented in the same way as #2.

I like how vibrant #2 is, but I could be swayed to vote for #1 if you made the top text stand out more... maybe in pink instead of orange?

Do you think #1 would look too gaudy or busy with a yellow sun and different color trees?

I think that would look great! Seriously I love the saturated colour in #2. I mean, it's already so vibrant, so why not go all out?

I prefer #2, I think it pulls all the colors together more successfully than #1.

I like the layout and text of #1 better, but I think they palm tree and sun are competing with eachother- I would get rid of the sun there.
