OK, sorry about the TMI post... But there was a post earlier about peeing on your wedding day.  I'm not shy about peeing in front of a friend who would help me go to the bathroom. No big deal.However... Did anyone have to do "number two" at your wedding? How awkward!

I also did not need help going to the bathroom in my dress. Although once I was tipsy I couldn't see the toilet and almost fell off it.

Why would you even worry about that? I didn't, but if I did, I would've just gone in there and done it. It just seems like some people worry about every possible scenario, no matter how ridiculous.

I only went to the bathroom once with very little help ...and I wouldve waited..lol

My dress was simple enough that I didn't need help going to the bathroom.  That would have been awkward even if it was just #1.

I only poo on Mon. and Wed. at 5:30pm, so I think I'm good! (Just adding to the TMI.)

I used the bathroom before I put my dress on around 10am and didn't go to the bathroom until about 6pm later on that night. I was so busy all day that I never had to go. Don't worry about it.

The trick is to pull the dress up first, then pull it front. My wedding isn't till next year, but I had to wear a costume in a play recently that was a really full skirt. And that was how I made going to the bathroom work.

I was so busy all day that I never had to go.Yeah, I was thinking about not drinking anything and not really eating until dinner was served.  I'm pretty sure that'll solve all the problems :)No, really, this is something I would sit and think about.

So true.Alexandria - if you don't eat all day until dinner, you're going to be a mess!  You need to eat that day.  It's an emotional stressful day and if you're on an empty stomach as well, that's just crazy talk.

Alexia - I ate and drank, but my mind was elsewhere and thankfully I didn't have to go until we got back to the hotel. I had to keep my dress on to go out later on, so DH had to help me hold my dress up. No shame in that.

Sorry guys - I'm not *actually* worried about this - just curious.  It's just one of those things that popped up, "huh, what a pallava it would be to poo in a wedding dress."

TMI - I'm a nervous poo-er, so I'm going to hopefully get all the nerves out before the dress goes on. Yuck. I really do worry about this. Thank goodness we're seeing each other before the wedding.

I have IBS, so I was very worried about it.  I actually took immodium before the ceremony to try and prevent it.  It worked.  I was golden until the next day. Also, I think something is wrong with me.  I didn't pee once the entire time I was in my dress.

This would be something I might think about too, lol. My tummy turns upside down when i'm nervous or anxious so i'm probably going to avoid eating anything too heavy the night before and on the day that would make me need to go.
