  • Bec, they look amazing! I love the envelope liner.  What a clever idea.  When you're done being exhausted, be very proud!

  • Thanks gkb (and everyone else!) That's FI's favorite snapshot of us. It was taken by a friend and we were both looking right at the camera and I just had the urge to kiss him right as he turned his cheek to me, and she got that shot. I'm thinking about painting that on a canvas for him for his birthday (5days before the wedding).
  • lynds - I haven't been around much, either.  School is keeping me busy, and I haven't been playing any WoW.  I seem to go through phases.

  • Thank you again so much. You make me feel so good! NCSU, I traced the flap of my envelope and scanned that into photoshop, using it as a guideline to crop my photo. I pulled in about .5" from the edge for the sides, and it fit perfectly. I then converted the photo to a duotone and worked it until I got the color I wanted (not really sepia; more of a dark brown/green to match the invite colors.) I printed them on smooth white paper, cut them out and slipped them inside the envelope, securing with a glue stick. You can see each cirlce in my bio, in the paper/diy gallery.
  • First, I think Bec has shown us all up......Second, I think those are probably the only envelopes that will never get thrown away! They are simply breathtaking and unique.  I am glad I didn't see them before doing mine.  I would have had to do something like that, and would have made myself insane!I am so impressed. Two thumbs up!!

Do not mess in the affairs of dinosaurs because you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
I love you Missy. Even though you are not smart enough to take online quizzes to find out really important information. ~cew
