How Many Drinks

How many non-acoholic drinks (cans of soda /bottles of water) do you think you would consume during a 5 hour reception. I'm trying to figure out how much to buy.TIA

I'd say one per hour.

I'd say 4-5.  I get a dry throat if I talk too much and don't have anything to drink frequently.

It depends. If it was really hot, then probably a lot more water. I drank about 3-4 drinks per hour at the last reception I was at, because it was sooo hot out.

For me, probably one or two as I mostly drink water.

Probably 4. I think the 1 per hour thing is a good rule.

I would say maybe 2 or 3, depending on what's being served for dinner, and how warm the weather/venue is, etc. I would maybe anticipate 3-4 per person just to be safe.

I'd overshoot, I know FI can drink 5 or 6 in that time span. I would only drink 2 or 3 at the most.

Thanks ladies. I will probably go for the 1 per hour estimate. I'm always paranoid that I won't have enough and then I buy way too much.
