Quick question Re: RSVP cards

I'm working on my invitations and I have a quick question.Am I supposed to put the RSVP cards inside of their envelopes, or do I leave the card and envelope loose inside of the invitation envelope?Thanks

No,just stick it inside of the flap not in the envelope.

I'd put it in front of the return envelope - layered. That way if there's humidity, the glue won't stick to the RSVP card. The envelope could get stuck to itself, of course, but I think that would be easier to deal with...

It should be tucked under the flap of the envelope, as PP said.  The invite should be at the bottom, and the other enclosures stacked on top of it with the smallest at the top, and inserted into the inner envelope so that the enclosures are closest to the flap.
