Co-worker ::facepalm::

Coworker is on the phone with someone who is asking about job openings.  I don't know who he's talking to, but all he really should say over the phone is, "here is the website - go there to apply."  Instead, he gives out the (wrong) website address, and is telling the person, practically step by step, how to upload an electronic resume.  Apparently, the person mentioned that he/she has a disability, and he tells them to "put that on your application, because some agencies may be required to have a certain number of disabled people, so it will probably be to your benefit to list it."Are you freaking kidding me?  I mean, agencies can't discriminate against people w/ disabilities if they are capable of doing the job (with reasonable accomodations) but I am pretty sure affirmative action w/ regards to disabled people only applies to disabled veterans.
