Is there a way to block individual people from seeing my wall, status updates, etc.? I'd like to keep the boss and co-workers out of my business :)Thanks ya!

    You make a friend list and put them all in the same one, then set the permissions for that list to keep them from seeing anything you don't want them to. If you have one person on two lists, they will be subject to the rules of the *least* restrictive list they are on. HTH!

    Thanks Audrey! Sucrets, I mean people I'm already friends with. I added my boss and a couple nosy co-workers when I was never on FB. Now, apparently, I'm on a lot more, so I dont' want them knowing I'm doing that while at work.

    Okay.  I have all of my students on my "Limited Profile" list.  They can only see where I work, my education, and my profile pics.  It works well for me.Btw, I never friend students, but will accept if they friend me.

    Also, once you get them into a single list, go to the little "chat" thingy (it's on the bottom right of my screen) and find the new list you put them in.... drag the slider thing so it's all white (as opposed to green). This makes you look "offline" to them all the time, and they won't be able to see if you're on or not.

    Audrey, you're my hero :) Sucrets, I have friends that do that with their youth groups for church. It never really bothered me much before, but I spent literally all afternoon on FB. I can just see my boss looking at my wall and firing me when I get back on Monday. Not my idea of a good time :)

    You can also just click on "options" in the chat box, and click "go offline" if you don't want to be seen.

    "Go offline" makes you look offline to everyone though... if you only want to hide from certain people, you can specify by list with the toggle thing.
