Pic in Sig problem (semi repeat)

I have tried for hours to put a picture in my sig. I've followed all instructions and advice and it still won't work. Any ideas what could be happening?I have followed the knotcodes instructions and also ones along the lines of [img] URL [/img] but with no success.Am I doomed to never have a picture in my sig?TIA and sorry this has been posted before!

Sorry that should read along the lines of [*img] URL [/img*] without the stars!

Make sure you're using the right url, it should end in .jpg. I think. I'm on my BB so I can't get on tinypic to double check.

The first picture in my sig was uploaded from tinypic.com. Then I just entered the IMG code into my signature box. It reads [IMG*]http://i29.tinypic.com/33ej7rd.jpg[/IMG*] without the stars

upload your pic at tinypic.  Then copy the HTML for websites code.  Paste it into your sig box.

Thanks ladies, it worked but I took it off because its HUGE. How do I make it smaller?
