DO NOT USE KRAMER PHOTOGRAPHERS located Palatine, Naperville & St. Charles, IL. The owner Bob Kramer is a dishonest man. We were told 2 years after the wedding we could get our pictures on a disc for $200.00. Now that 2 years have past, now they want $600.00 or if I pay cash I can get them for $500.00. I've had nothing but trouble with them from day 1. DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOUR WEDDING!

Is it dishonest? If I read your post correctly, you were given that price for the period of 2 years after the wedding, and now they're quoting you a different price past the 2 year mark? It's kinda sucky, but I don't see how it's dishonest.

Actually, you aren't allowed to post anything bashing a particular vendor on any board. You can create a vendor review website including your review of this vendor and link to it in your sig for future brides in your area to see. Sorry about your bad experience!

Sounds like you got a shiitty deal in the first place to have to wait TWO YEARS to get a CD, and still have to pay for it on top of that. You should have gotten a different photographer two years ago. Sucks for you.
