NYC Battery Gardens-Staff

Hi all! 

I've just got engaged and this is my first post! Thanks so much for all of the help already, I feel completely overwhelmed but all of this advice will def. help me get through it ;)

I've recently seen Battery Gardens in NYC and I'm considering having my wedding there. All of the posts are about a year or two old and was wondering if anyone has any comments about the venue recently in year 2011? 
I looked at other reviews on Yelp and many people commented about the staff being inconsiderate and rude. I'm very concerned and was hoping for any expereinces regarding this!

    I didn't end up booking my wedding there, but I did go check the place out, and found the people who were coordinating that aspect of it to be very attentive. It was a nice venue, just too small for us. It was actually my second choice after the venue we chose.
