Ok, so apparently corning ware is a number one gift to give at weddings. I got a set for my shower (which I LOVE) and at the wedding I got a set and 3 days after the wedding another one showed up at my doorstep! I love to cook but I DO NOT need 30 peices of corning ware lol- I looked up the specific sets online and macy's sells the last one I'm trying to take back but since I dont have a reciept and it was not purchased "through my registry" (meaning they didn't tell them it was a registry purchase) they'll only give me a $14.00 store credit when the set is worth $68.00 online- what do I do???

Try to sell the sets on Ebay and/or your local Craig's List.

I would either re-gift, ebay, or goodwill.....sorry ladies, just wanted to take your ideas.

Take back a different set or hold on to it as a future wedding/shower gift. Yes, I know that regifting is "bad," but that's a really practical solution and if it's a good gift there's really no problem. You know you like your set, so you'd probably buy something like that for another couple

See if you can find someplace else that sells the set and has a better return policy. I'd check Bed Bath and Beyond first. If not, check out places like Kohls, Sears, Penneys, etc. Might take a little looking you should be able to find someplace that will take it back for full value. I assume Macys is only giving $14 because that's the lowest sale price they've sold it for recently?

Are you close enough to any of the givers where you could let them know you received 3 sets and ask for the gift receipt?  I am really good about making sure something I buy is taken off the registry, but if you received duplicates and I could help you out by providing the gift receipt, I'd be more than happy too.
