How long did you guys wait?

For late RSVPs?Ours have a reply date by Sept. 17th and we have only received about half.They still have a couple days, but I'm thinking that's a lot of RSVPs that haven't come yet.I was thinking about waiting a couple weeks, is that too long?

I started facebooking a few friends right after the RSVP date, just because it was people I know are tough to get in touch with in general.

I say one week. If I don't know how many of the extra 60 people are coming, I'll go nuts.

We invited about 300 guests and have only heard back from about 150.I don't want to call that many people. blah!

We have only got like half.... Our RSVP date was September 11th. I'm going to wait until September 24th, exactly a month out.

Ours are due one month before the wedding.

I would wait a week.  Maybe pass the word around to family and have them start calling people (like if it's family or family friends).

I waited a week, but people I felt comfortable emailing, facebooking, or texting, prob 5 days.  Interestingly enough the only RSVPs I have gotten past 3 days overdue have been from those I have already talked to (but apparently felt guilty for slacking!)

We only had a few who didn't rsvp in time, and I just text them a week later to find out- of course, our invites were out late so we didn't have a lot of time left at that stage.
