I love that video.  I don't even know that much about music, but it's hilarious. I mean I'm not a music moron, but I never would have thought to do a video like that.

I shouldn't say the harmony of the chords. It's just the harmony of it, the theory. It's been a loooong time since I've even thought of musical harmony, but I know there's theory to chord progresion.

sarah - My sister has called On & On & On her "wedding song" ever since she was a freshman in high school. She wants to walk down the aisle to the pachelbel-esque part, and have a dance break at the altar.It's on Buddy & I's list for cocktails/dinner as well.

I've heard it played slowly, and it's just excruciating. It's not that it's a bad tune or anything (obviously it is one of the most popular melodies/chord combos ever), but I'd prefer to go with something more specialized for FI and me.

This is one of my favorite videos!It's the same chord progression:  I V vi iii IV I IV V...for you music theory nerds out there.Is it bad when I sit and analyze chords to pop music?  *sigh*

It's funny. I'm still using Canon in D in the wedding though, I can't help myself. I'm using a jazz version and I love it.
