I am going to my reception venue tomorrow to do a table mock-up. While there I was going to:*finalize my menu*ask their recommendation on reception time-line*Ask when vendors have access*Ask about place for Bride/Bridesmaids to keep personal items.Anything else I am missing?? TIA!

If you don't have a DOC, you might want to ask when you can come to set up and decorate the parts that you are decorating or find out how much the venue will set up for you.  For example, my venue did all of the centerpieces and table set up but we still had to come in and add the rose petals to the tables and set up our cardbox and entry table, and set up the aisle runner for the ceremony.  They let us do that the night before the wedding, before the rehearsal.
