Photo sharing cards questions

Hi ladies, I love the idea of photo sharing cards after using disposable cameras at our engagement party and ending up with some pictures of the floor and even some crotches.  We have two leftover so we will bring those to the wedding anyway, but I love the idea of photo sharing cards. Here are my questions:1. Where can I get them? Costco and just replace all of the writing and formatting on my stationary?2. How much did you spend?3. Do you send them with the invitations so people keep them at home and don't lose them or put them at the reception tables and hope all the tipsy people won't forget to bring them home? Thanks!!!

Re: Photo sharing cards questions

  • I got mine at vistaprint.com. Sign up for their emails, and wait until you get one for 250 free business cards. Use that, make the wording your own, and pay a little bit of shipping. I had a free shipping promo too, so mine were free. No. People don't remember crap in the invitation. They're lucky if they even hang on the to the invitation long enough to RSVP, in my circle. Pass them out at the reception somehow. Chances are, people are going to send you photos anyway, without you telling them to.

  • I just read a post about how no one used them. Wish I would have know that before.... I used Vistaprint, if you sign up for their emails you can get them for free (but you have to pay $5 shipping). I'm putting them around the reception and in the thank you cards. PIB

  • If I end up doing these, I will get them as a business card through Vistaprint with one of the free deals that you get if you sign up for their emails. I'll have to pay I think it is $5.99CDN to upload my own design plus shipping for 100 cards.I'll be putting them near the guest book and also in with the thank you cards.
  • Thanks Ladies! I just ordered them from vistaprint!
  • I made them. The cost of paper. I sent them with the thank you's and was mailed pictures from 3 couples and 13 other couples posted.
